Who we are…

Founded in 2003, C3Mdesigns Company is a creative agency based in Mississauga, Ontario. We work with clients across the globe who range from loan companies and small lenders to large banks.

We have a distributed team across multiple countries and time zones. We all collectively work towards the unified goal of delivering beautiful, well-engineered mobile applicationsthat are functionally robust and easy to use.

Industries We Serve…

Our app design and development client base includes everyone from late night stock brokers in Singapore to large enterprises and universities within the United States, and Canada.

Our broad experience and knowledge includes a mixture of B2B and B2C clients that reside in our home province of Ontario while also reaching into far away locations such as Australia, Costa Rica, and Kenya. We’ve worked well within industries such as academics, healthcare, financial services, and many more.

While our main aim is to provide a beautiful, internet search engine friendly app, our supplementary goal is to teach you about mobile app and design guidelines. You want to empower you as well as your employees to reach your goals in internet marketing.

Contributions to the Community…

C3Mdesigns strongly believes in offering back again to the grouped community where we live, work, and play. As a business we’ve been blessed and we do what we should can to move those blessings to others.

Within our community efforts, we’ve provided charitable contributions to a true number of organizations and/or endeavors which have touched our hearts. From local football team sponsorship and senior high school scholarships to providing medical items to orphanages in Bihar and assisting fund institutions in Guatemala, we satisfaction ourselves on offering to those who find themselves in need.

Furthermore to financial contributions, we are also active individuals in the App community and spend a great deal of time speaking at WordCamps, organizing conferences, and making visitor appearances on App related podcasts.

Greg Morales

Founder & Senior Software Engineer

Greg’s love for web development started in 1993, when at early age he learned secured and HTML his first dot-com. Greg spent his past due teenage years focusing on freelance website tasks, and in university he kept a part-time position as webmaster for the university radio station.

After graduating from the McMaster University, in Hamilton, Greg incorporated C3Mdesigns as a genuine way to advance his career, drive his passion for web development/app development, and help other small enterprises using their online presence. He is continuing to grow the business enterprise since diligently, and has a solid now, dedicated personnel behind all the websites C3Mdeigns Company builds up.

Greg lives in Burlington along with his wife, and two young young boys. He enjoys nature and organic gardening, making wines in the fall, and vegan food.

Cecelia Lynch

Senior Business Analyst

Cecelia joined the C3Mdesigns team in September of 2010, shortly after relocating to Toronto from Baltimore. Cecelia has been working in lead generation and business development for 8 years. She has considerable experience with generating new business and promoting brand images, especially in the financial industry. Cecelia holds a Sales Superiority Award and Platinum Tier Chairman’s Golf club award, and enjoys getting to know business owners and helping them with marketing strategy to portray their business in the best light online.

Born in New York, and raised in Maryland area, Cecelia now lives in the big city of Toronto with her husband, and their dog Lenny (who spends much of his time at the C3Mdesigns Company office!). In her spare time, Cecelia enjoys listening to music and working out.

Rafael Schneider

Senior Account Executive

Rafael has a long history of working with customers in several different fields. He enjoys helping bring teams together and problem solving. Recently leaving a large company he is looking forward to working with customers one-on-one to grow their businesses through each unique project.

Rafael lives in Toronto, ON with his family. He enjoys coffee, music, and hockey.

Michelle Flores

Senior Programmer

Michelle started with C3Mdesigns Company in April 2015. She has worn many hats including iOS programmer, Android programmer, API builder specialist, and most recently AI assistant builder.

Michelle lives in Mississauga, ON with her hubby, and two kids. She loves reading, gaming, and sewing.

Amanda Robinson

Programmer

Amanda has a background in Programming. She began her career at Pfizer, Montreal, Quebec where she started working as the Company’s GIS Technician and ended up running the Information Technology Department two years later. Her unique combination of database experience, network and software support and map production translates amazingly well to the visual and technical aspects of app design.

Amanda loves coffee, ice cream, football, baseball and soccer.
