Do you charge hourly?
Yes we do. Our quotes are based on how much it will take us to build based on the requirements you have provided.
Do I have to update my own website?
No, you can hire us on monthly basis to update it for you on majority of packages. However, Enterprise package is contract based and it fully included updates.
Are there any hidden fees?
No, there are no hidden fees when we quote you for your mobile application. However, you may provide additional requirement later on, and that may change the price.
Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, we accept all major credit cards.
Is there support available even after you have built our website?
Yes, we provide full software support on some packages. What that means is if there is an issue, we will fix it for you (depends again on the package).
Are there additional costs?
There are no additional costs when the quote is issues, only if the client provides additional requirements after quote had been sent and approved.
Support Included?
Yes, we thrive on our excellent support record.
How to set up the aesthetic look we want?
We will set it up for you, during BETA testing you can provide us with feedback on what you would like different.
What about Refunds?
We provide a 30 day guarantee.
Can I change cloud providers or cancel at any time?
You can, but you will be responsible for transferring all the information from cloud servers to your new cloud provider. This service is not supported under “support”. If you want us to process the migration, it will be quoted accordingly.
Do you charge tax?
Yes we charge regular HST which is at 13%
Do I need to find my own hosting?
You are welcome to and we can install your new application on the host of your choice. If you opt-out we do provide application hosting as well.
Will you price-match any competitors?
No, we will not.
Are there deposits?
Yes, we take 50% deposit prior to commencing any sort of application development work.
Is there a discount for multi-applications?
Yes, we do provide discounts if you are planning to build multiple applications with us.
How long are quotes valid?
Quotes are valid for 14 days.
Can we meeet and negotiate provided quote?
Unfortunately, our quotes is what we can offer at this time and there is no “wiggle” room. We provide fair, and competitive pricing.
Is Web Hosting and Domain Name price extra?
You are responsible for your web hosting and domain names. We provide application hosting only.
